Sean O’Toole

Sean is the founder and principal of EORACollective.

He is a Churchill Fellow and Fulbright scholar in vocational education and training. He has been involved in adult development and education for almost 30 years with over 1,000 logged hours as a coach and 5,000 hours as a facilitator.


 


EXPERTISE

Sean is an organisational learning & development specialist, skilled facilitator and executive coach. He has been rewarded with prestigious international research grants in the form of a 2012 Churchill Fellowship and the 2015 Fulbright Professional Scholarship in vocational education and training. He has led the organisation development function in several large organisations and has practical experience as a lecturer and academic director, board member and adviser in the tertiary and vocational education sectors. He has more than 5,000 hours experience as a facilitator. He has been a certified executive coach for the past ten years with over 1,000 logged hours of experience with both individuals and teams across all sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sean has Masters degrees in Education and in Australian Studies and post-graduate qualifications in management. He has also undertaken post-graduate studies in management (organisation behaviour) at Harvard university. He also has specialist qualifications in Indigenous Knowledges from Charles Darwin University and a vocational Diploma in Government and Training and Assessment.

He is the author of more than 60 articles, book chapters, conference papers and monographs and is also the author/editor of five books.

He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
